Don’t look at the color of my fur or the sex that I may be,
Look deep into my soul to see the real me.
Don’t look at my age and think that I am too young or too old,
I will still need a warm comfy bed when I come in from the cold.

Try to look past how long I’ve been waiting here,
Look past my shyness and help me get over my fear.
I just need a chance to find the love of a family,
That will look past my scares or gray and just hug me.

I just know that my forever family are on their way,
That because of them I will have my own Gotcha Day.
So hurry up family please don’t make me wait,
To be your family pet is what I want, it is my fate.

Black Male whelped 11/16/2008. Sire: TNT Star Wars; Dam: TNT Queen

Pet name: Steve

I am now in foster care! I retired from racing after 20 races at Sarasota Greyhound Park in Florida. I'm a very sweet and happy little boy that is doing very well in my foster home. I'm getting along great with the other dogs and children. I enjoy playing with my toys, especially those that squeak. I ride great in the car and walk very nicely on leash. I will need a fence in my home. I crate just fine as well, however I do ask that I sleep in the same room as you do...I tend to get a little lonely. I would do just fine alone or as a member of an existing pack. I'm an amazing little boy that has a nice 'tuxedo' I put on every morning...I'll be sure to show it to you when you pick me to take home as your next family member! I tested not cat safe. My littermate Fenway Bark has already found a home through Allies! Click on my picture for more information!

I will be appearing at Petsmart-Grape Rd. on Sunday, February 12th from 11am to 3pm!

I'm a very sweet and laid back boy that's enjoying my time in my foster home. I asked Santa for a forever home for Christmas...but it seems he didn't grant my wish? I had always thought Santa brought you whatever you wanted...I really just want a forever family! My foster mom says I'm doing great! I know to go potty outside and haven't had any accidents in the house! I enjoy going to Meet and Greets because there's always a lot of people that want to come and pet me because I'm so handsome!! I do wish one of them would consider taking me home forever though? My friends have told me that a forever family brings you lots of toys, beds, treats, and sometimes even little humans to play with? I so hope that's true! My foster mom works and says I do great in a crate while she's gone and wouldn't even mind being by myself as an only pet! I ride great in the car and don't mind long road trips if you like taking them! I am good at walking on a leash...I like to stay right by you! I also don't mind being groomed...I will stand their patiently while you clip my nails and I love to be brushed! I know there are some families that have those pesky little humans...they like to call them children...I'm happy to say I like them too! They just have smaller hands for petting and sometimes will even throw my toys for me! I've certainly blossomed in my foster home and can't wait to find my very own family! Please ask to see me!

I am now in foster care! I retired from racing after 5 races at Tristate in West Virginia and 28 at Dairyland in Wisconsin. I'm a very sweet and happy boy. I'm outgoing and well socialized around humans and other animals. I enjoy going for walks and am eager to please. I crate fine during the day while my foster family is at work so would do well in a working home. I get along great with small dogs, cats, and children so would do well in a home with any of those. I walk and potty nicely on a leash so would do well for families that do not have a fenced in yard. I enjoy talking to you, especially on Saturday mornings with a good "Rooooo!" I am now in foster care! I graduated from the Second Chance at Life Prison Program. I was in a home for over a year and have been returned through no fault of my own. I am an amazing dog. I walked into my foster home as though I'd been there forever. I am very good with the baby and other kids and get along well with both the other Greyhounds. I go potty in the yard and on leash. I go up and down the stairs and am currently crated for a typical work day with no accidents. I love to play with everyone and will lay down beside you after words for a nice nap. I like going for rides. I will make a welcome addition to any family with or without children and other pets. I tolerate my bath, nails, and ears being done with no problem. I'm active, playful, friendly, and outgoing. I can't wait to meet you and show you what a good dog I am! I tested cat tolerant. Click on my picture for more information!

I am now in foster care! I have no registered races to my credit. I'm a very sweet and happy boy. I walk nicely on a leash and am learning to be in a crate again. I'm getting along great with the the other animals in my foster home. I'm currently crated for a typical work day and do just fine so would do well in a working family where I would need to be left alone. I'm laid back and easy going so would do well for families without a fenced in yard. I enjoy playing with my toys and sleeping for much of the day...I'm very laid back. I really don't like it when people touch me while I'm sleeping, but my foster mom is really working with me on that. I do like to talk to you when you come and see me after work or first thing in the morning. It's my way of saying 'Hello'! I would do well with children as long as they know not to touch me when I'm sleeping...we're working on that though. I'm really wanting a family to share the Holidays with...Won't you consider me?  I tested cat tolerant. Click on my picture for more information!

I am now in foster care! I retired from racing after 4 races at Ebro Greyhound Park in Florida. I'm an active, happy, outgoing boy. I did great getting my bath, nails and ears done. I've learned the steps and my reflection in the mirror. I'm getting along great with all the other critters in my foster home...such as the cats, dogs, fish, and lizard. They are all my friends. I have a tail that never quits wagging. I'm simply always happy. I've learned the manners of living in a house such as leaving the countertops and the garbage alone. I have the softest coat of fur my foster mom has ever felt on a Greyhound...It feels like those super soft velvety blankets! I crate very well while she goes to work for a typical work day and would do fine as an only dog in the home. I walk nicely on leash and also potty on lead. I would do well for a family without a fenced in yard. Children are welcome, especially if they want a dog to play with them. I love anyone that will throw a toy for me no matter how big or small you are! I can't wait to find a family to love me...when your ready just 'toddle' on over. I'll be waiting! I am now in foster care! I retired from racing after 8 races at Birmingham in Alabama.  I am a black girl with striking white markings, and an endearing overbite which makes my smile extra cute! I love to snuggle and try to get as close as possible... nothing is better than having my head on someone's lap and getting pet. I am a busy girl too and follow people around to see what they are doing with my tail wagging. I love to be talked to while you work, or I play well with toys to entertain myself. I am young but listen really well and learn quickly. I love walks and car rides, and anything new. I would really be happy with someone who likes to snuggle too while you read or watch tv or whatever. My foster mom and dad had guests and I was very well behaved and social.  Ask to see me! I'm happy and already playing with my toys...I've dumped the whole basket over and take each one of them out very gently. I'm currently crated while my foster mom is at work and have no problems being crated for a typical work day, so would do well in a working home where I would need to be left alone. I'm getting along better and better with all the other dogs here. I will even happily chew on my bone near other dogs! I have good manners. I haven't attempted the countertops or getting in the garbage. I'm learning to wait at doors. I also love, love, love being petted. My soft coat of fur means people like to pet me even more! I'm a sweet and laid back boy. I'm getting along great with the other dogs here. I saw my reflection in the fish tank and wasn't sure whether to attempt to chase the fish or bark at my reflection...instead I decided to walk away and ignore temptation. I potty and walk nicely on a leash so would do well for a family that did not have a fenced in yard. I'm laid back and pretty tolerant so would probably do fine with those pesky little humans. I haven't discovered the toy box yet but do have some very adorable ears that flip forward when I'm looking at something and a very cute prance when I'm walking...my foster mom says I look cute when I do that.
