Please help support ALLIES FOR GREYHOUNDS!  How can you do that?  By supporting the many fundraisers for AFGWM!  Please read the following for information regarding how you can help support Greyhound Adoption!

  ALLIES FOR GREYHOUNDS Ink Jet, Laser/Toner Cartridge & Cell Phone Collection Program. Don’t throw away empty printer ink jet, laser/toner cartridges or old cell phones! Help us earn money for many greyhound related needs! For each empty cartridge you give us, AFG will receive up to $4.00 ($2.00 for most!) for each empty ink jet and $1.00 - $12.00 for each laser cartridge and $2.50 or more for each old cell phone. It doesn’t take long for that to add up. And best of all, it’s good for the environment too. So ask your friends, relatives, neighbors and businesses to save their empties and old cell phones for this program for ALLIES FOR GREYHOUNDS! You may turn them in at any ALLIES event or contact Dave or Pat.  
  Shop Spartan Food Stores and collect Spartan Brand Product UPC labels for ALLIES FOR GREYHOUNDS. Save your Spartan brand universal product codes (UPC) from Spartan labels or packages. Labels glued to glass can be removed by first soaking in warm water. *Spartan canned pop, refrigerated biscuits and spice tins are not eligible for redemption.*

AFG earns $20 per 1,000 UPC Spartan Labels that are submitted. Within 4 to 6 weeks, a check will be issued to AFG. I am also having my relatives save the labels, so you may want to ask your relatives and friends if they will do the same to help out AFG!!!

  Purina Weight Circles  for ALLIES FOR GREYHOUNDS.
Allies has joined Purina's Weight Circle fundraising program...How this works is very easy and all the money will go to help the hounds! Just simply clip the weight circle off the side of the bag and give it to us. Weight circles are on any Purina Product. Purina ONE, Purina Pro Plan, Purina Dog Chow and Purina Veterinary Diets. This includes both dog AND cat. Here is the breakdown:

Purina Pro Plan Selects, Performance, Chicken and Rice, Veterinary diets: 12 points per pound.
Other Pro Plan and Purina One: 11 points per pound
Other Purina Products: 8 points per pound.
 
5,000-50,000 points will get us checks from Purina for veterinary care for the Greyhounds
7,000 to 49,000 will get us checks from Purina for dog food.

  Allies for Greyhounds of West Michigan is always in need of supplies for the Greyhounds we bring in from the race tracks and breeding facilities.  These supplies include bedding, crates, and funds to provide food and medical care for them.  If you would like to make a donation to Allies for Greyhounds, please use one of the methods below.  We thank you and the dogs thank you for anything you are able to contribute.

We also appreciate submissions from vendors wishing to assist us in our fundraising efforts and promote their businesses.  If you have brochures or cards you'd like us to include in our adoption packets, please feel free to send them to us.
